So I’m having some phenomenally annoying wrist and hand pain, but I can’t get in to see a doc this week (I’m at the bottom of the priority list with military docs) and I have a TON of typing work I need to do. The pain is around my outside wrist bone, my thumb through the wrist, and the tendons on the top of my hand. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to help me get through the next week or two? Thanks!

Have you tried getting a wrist/thumb support? Those stabilize your muscles so you don’t move it too much in the wrong directions! The best thing to do is to let it rest but it is tough when you have so much to do :( I hope you feel better! weileash posted this
