Anonymous asked: you should do redbubble not society6

punziella:

Can someone please explain the difference? It’ll be very appreciated :D

RedBubble and Society6 are very similar in process, but I’ve made a LOT more off of my RedBubble.  I think that’s because RedBubble is more accessible to more people and they have more sales.  Also, their products are generally cheaper in cost so that makes your mark up easier.  Also, I’ve seen better quality products from RedBubble even though they both primarily use American Apparel.

One thing that is different is that you get paid from RedBubble every month, no matter how much you make.  Society6 won’t pay you unless you make over $20.  Someone like you who is significantly more popular than I, I’m sure you won’t have any trouble making that minimum, but I personally bothered by the concept of the minimum.

To be honest, I don’t know why you can’t do both.  You don’t have to do anything extra, it’s just two platforms you can sell from, each with their own product differences.  I sell off of both and I love them!

Hope this helps somewhat!
