Maybe this dress debate was started as proof that we should hand control of the internet over to the government  If this is what we do with it, do we really deserve it?  The Net Neutrality and DressGate are the same debate.

I’ve literally done everything I can to that image of “THE DRESS”, read about the optical illusion and done what they said to make it change color, and I can’t make it look white and gold.  It is blue and black.  It never changes.
