When in doubt, ban it. It’s the government way.

From Yahoo! News:

Powdered alcohol hasn’t even arrived in stores yet, but states already are moving to ban the product touted by its inventor as an easy way to mix a drink on the go.

Colorado is the latest state considering prohibiting…

“Doesn’t have any place in our society” sounds like something from the early 20th century.
Yeah alcohol on the go sounds like a terrible idea because that means it’s going to be used to be snuck into otherwise alcohol free places like movie theaters, work, or the like. A small package that can be slipped into your pocket unnoticed until added to your coke or coffee. It is dangerous. But morons abuse this kind of crap all the time and kids will guzzle cough syrup for a buzz. Heck, I had a guy tell me the other day he smokes CLOVES for that reason.

But alcohol is legal. It’s a legal, regulated substance. Yeah some kid could sprinkle palcohol on his Wheaties but the same dumbie could also pour mom’s bourbon in there. If you ban one, you might as well ban the other.
