Lately I've been having this group of asshat highschoolers come in and steal coffee drinks before the person who actually ordered them can get to them and it's been making my life hell cause I'M the one who then gets yelled at by the customer

Dude I hope you’re catching them on camera and if not, start handing drinks directly to their owner. It’ll seem like nice customer service and you’ll foil the brats.
