wait ok so yesterday I went into a local gun store to get mace for college (come fuk w me inner city Baltimore) and like I’m super for gun control but like if I had to compromise with a super conservative (like my parents) I’d be like ok whatever pistols are ok for security but like in limited quantities but this gun store had a fucking sniper literally THE SIZE OF ME albeit I am v short but COME ON WHO TF NEEDS A SNIPER THE SIZE OF A HUMAN LIKE YOU CANNOT EVEN ARGUE WITH ME ON HOW THAT IS FOR SECURITY OF YOUR PRECIOUS HOME HOW TF ARE YOU GONNA WALK UP TO SOMEONE ROBBING YOUR HOME AND BE LIKE yo bro give me a second AND WALK UP TO THE ROOF OF YOUR HOUSE SET UP GOOD OL SNIPER CAMP AND START SHOOTING

Apparently you forgot the legendary Roof Koreans during the LA riots of ‘92. After days of violence and minimal police intervention, Korean-Americans used their guns to defend their shops when the lawful authorities were nowhere to be found.
The logic is that some people aren’t privileged enough to rely on the police to defend them in an emergency.
