The party was AWESOME, the Hemingway Lounge was GORGEOUS, and it was such a treat to get to hear Leigh Bardugo read from her book (and diary!).

BTW, there’s NOTHING WRONG with being oddly specific about your wishes, Leigh!  You never know who’s hearing them!

I feel like sunshine today! :D

I’ve had a lovely few days.  Yesterday I had tea and coffee with a good friend, then we went to the pier in San Clemente to take pictures of Seal Rock while the weather was nice.  Afterwards I had a long phone call with another dear friend that I was in desperate need of.  Then today… got a job at Target!  Hooray!

Watching Legend and writing away.  Not sure if this movie is horribly wonderful or wonderfully horrible.  Either way, my word count for the day is 2319, which is a good deal for me.
